Formed Team Request
A group may request to a large extent to form a team so family and friends can be placed together, provided it meets the program's formed team requirements.
1) The team roster size will be that of the other teams in the division and made up of group and non-group players. The number of group players will be limited to no more than 8 players as there cannot be a select team in a rec program.
2) The average age of the players on the team will be to the degree possible that of the other teams in the division based on the below two season average. If there are highly experienced or select level player/s in the group the team's average age will be slightly lower than that of the other teams in the division.
3) The number of girls and boys on the team must match to the degree possible that of the other teams in the division based on the below two seasons average.
4) A group cannot be formed based on race, politics, or any other like group.
5) All communications must be in the common language of English to avoid division within the team and program.
If the group cannot meet these requirements it will need to be split into 2 groups. Should it be necessary to split a group into 2 groups input will be taken from the group and considered on how to split the group, along with the Head Coach being given the option to Head Coach 2 teams. So recruit accordingly.
* Under 2/3/4 Division Team: No Requirements For The Make-Up Of This Team
* Under 4/5/6 Division Team Averages: Age Under 5.1 > Girls 6.1 > Boys 6.9
* Under 7/8/9 Division Team Averages: Age Under 7.9 > Girls 4.7 > Boys 10.3
* Under 10/11/12 Division Team Averages: Age Under 10.7 > Girls 5.9 > Boys 14.9
* Under 13/14/15 Division Team Averages: Age Under 13.7 > Girls 9.0 > Boys 12.0
