Attendance
Regardless Of Whether Or Not You Want To Purchase Individual Player Pictures, All Players And Official Coaches Are Expected To Participate In Picture Day So A Complete Team Picture Can Be Taken For Your Teammates And Team Sponsor. Should A Team's Attendance Be Below A Minimum Number The Team Picture Will Need To Be Re-Taken With An Added Photographer Return Trip Fee Shared Amongst The Team.
Under 2/3/4 Intro Teams
Your Team Picture Unlike The Older Teams Will Be A Player And Coach Collage. Each Player And Coach Will Have Their Individual Picture Taken. It is the coaches responsibility to get their photo taken so they can be included in the team composition.
Coaches
Head And Assistant Coaches, Like The Players, Need To Be In Their Team Wear To Be In The Team Picture.
Picture Day And Inclement Weather
Should There Be Inclement Weather On A Picture Day, The Players And Teams Pictures Will Be Taken To The Left Of The WCA School's Main Doors Under Cover.
* U4 Teams: Just Before, During, Or Just After Your Saturday Session
* U6, U9 Teams: Before Or During Your Weeknight Practice, If Needed Before Your Saturday Game
* U12, U15 Teams: Before Or During Your Weeknight Practice, If Needed Before Your Saturday Game
Make-Up Picture Day
A Player Not Able To Make Their Team's Picture Day Can Come To Any Other Picture Dates listed And Have Their Individual Picture Taken But Will Need To Wait So As To Not Interfere With That Day's Scheduled Photos. Players Who Have Make-Up Photos Taken Will Not Be In Their Team's Picture.
