Group & Individual Signup
All group and individual signups will be done through the indoor winter season location in which you choose to participate.
Group Signup
If each player and coach plans to signup as a Northwest Wolfpack team, and use our program’s colors, the program will help the group form a team from past, present, and future Northwest players and coaches. Along with if needed providing an indoor winter season team gear issue.
Group Team Wear
> Player Top:
1) Can wear a past fall/spring season color matching U12/U15 team jersey.
2) Can purchase a team jersey for $40 (pictured below)
3) Can purchase a team t-shirt for $20 (at least 12 must be ordered between the team/s)

Individual Signup
If requested the program will try to help individual players to be placed with other past, present, and future Northwest players on a house team. House Team, is one that is made up of players from different programs. In which case, send your contact information, player name, and player date of birth to the NWYSA.
